The "condo" houses 30 to 50 bats in four chambers. A great house for a nursery colony. This is the most popular bat house, and is a good one to start with when you want to attract bats to your yard. 19" x 9-1/2" x 7-1/2".

Our best bat house because of its size, this one houses 100 or more bats in five chambers. It also has an "attic" to provide greater temperature stability. Bats seek the most comfortable temperature by moving up or down inside the house. 27-1/2"x11"x11".

The Bat"Chelor"Pad Provides Local "Hangout" For Cool Male Bats

The Bat"Chelor"Pad is preferred by the male bats who like a cooler roost and live in smaller groups or alone. Thus it is a single chamber, making it smaller and cooler than the "condo" above. It holds up to 30 bats. 20"x5"x10".

The latest research indicates that the most successful bat houses are mounted on buildings or are free-standing.  This innovative Bat Tower! mounts directly onto a 4 x 4 post that you supply.  The post actually becomes a landing platform for the bats.  From the post, they climb up into the house.  The four internal chambers and attic provide multiple roosting opportunities. For the real "bat-o-philes," the side door opens for a rare peak inside. (23" x 6.75" x 7")
